Cancelling an account

Hi I'm in the process of moving my broadband to Zen Broadband, regetfully VM have priced themselves out of my reach.

My problem is that, while I have paper letters from Virgin media confirming my changeover, there is no mention of my cancellation when I check my on-line account.

According my online information, VM  intends to charge me continually on this account, despite the fact that I shall have moved providers on the 24th April.

Would someone at VM look at my on-line account and update it with the latest information.
