Cancellation - list of equipment to return is wrong !
Cancelled VM after 24 years middle of Feb, spent two hours on the phone yesterday to find out that they had messed up the cancellation and things were cancelled, again, yesterday
Just received a list of equipment to return - which is wrong, it states one hub and we have two, it states two "Virgin Ethernet Booster" which we previously spent over 18 months arguing that we have never had, and three set top boxes
Anyone else had similar issues?
I'm assuming we are now going to spend the next 18 months arguing with VM about what we have and have not got!
If I were cynical I would say its all part of the ploy to make leaving VM almost impossible
Any ideas how to sort this - I've spent hours talking to them but cant get to talk to anyone higher up who can actually try to sort the mess out?
