canceling my account how

Hi.

 want to cancel my account with virgin, trouble is cant log into my account,and the phone is dead and waiting over  an hour on my mobile,i have zen waiting for the go ahead with the city fiber to install a new connection.

    Are using One Touch Switching? A missed opportunity if not. 

    yes,did this now all sorted up and running.
