Can’t sign into virgino2 id

Hi my virgino2 id will not link ether account. the virgin account has a emailed address that’s different to the one myself and virgin know and my o2 account is saying its found my account but can’t link the account. I’ve tried over 300 times and countless calls to your customer service plus o2 which by the way is disgusting for the money you charge your customers just constantly being told tickets have been raised this has been going on over 4 weeks now what have I got to do to get signed into my billing accounts for virgin and o2?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account at the moment.

    If you've been told that a ticket has been raised, this will be correct, and the team are working through all the tickets raised as soon as they can. Have you been given any ticket numbers for the ones that you've had raised? Please just confirm if you have. Please don't provide the ticket number here.

      No sorry I didn’t get given a number for the ticket raised last time, why is this taking so long though? Not being able to access your bills for nearly 4 weeks is no acceptable, tickets raised but problems still occurs?
