Can’t register for my virgin media

I’ve had emails telling me to register for my virgin media and multiple times I try to register when I put in a password in it won’t go any further than that screen then just sends me back to the register page

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with registering for My VM. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
