Can’t login to My Virgin Media after bereavement

Hi there,

Rang last week advising the account holder passed and I wanted her direct debit transferred to my name. Was advised to wait 48 hours and was provided with an account number and area reference number to register.

Waited 48 hours and tried to register but it knew I had an o2 account. So it asked for surname, account number and area code. Entered these and it’s saying there is no such account.

A guy on the phone gave me a new password but there is no box for a password. Just what has been mentioned above. My mum’s email address no longer works.

Please help. This bereavement is recent and I’m stressed trying to get this sorted.
