Can’t log in to Virgin & O2 account
Hi, have had a frustrating time trying to get someone to speak to would seem the system is set to not let you speak to someone just text me links.
When I try to log into to my account it won’t recognise the email address when I try to set up a new access it says the email is invalid. This is for VM & o2 access. VM seem to have stopped emailing me bills as I have just been hit with an unexpected price rise. Can anyone offer some assistance? Thanks.
