Can’t log in to Virgin & O2 account

Hi, have had a frustrating time trying to get someone to speak to would seem the system is set to not let you speak to someone just text me links.
When I try to log into to my account it won’t recognise the email address when I try to set up a new access it says the email is invalid. This is for VM & o2 access. VM seem to have stopped emailing me bills as I have just been hit with an unexpected price rise. Can anyone offer some assistance? Thanks.

    What happens when you try going down forget password / username?

    Does it do anything at all for you?

    Is it giving you any error messages at all?

    yeah it’s the same thing just won’t recognise my email

      Please can you confirm if you have recently linked the accounts together or not?

      When did this exactly start around a month ago?

        Yeah it seems to have started fairly recently as it was first first noticed with O2 as I need my bills to claim back and I was unable to log in for the first time ever. Customer service there emailed the bills but didn’t resolve the primary issue. As I said haven’t had the issue with virgin till now as bills have been same I haven’t been looking. But weird the bill notifications via email have stopped.
