Can’t change my contact number

Hi, I recently joined Virgin and I am currently in the process of setting up my profile to view bills and my account details. Unfortunately, I cannot complete the account registration, as it appears that I mistakenly entered a digit on my phone number when ordering our broadband and tv services.

Is it possible to change the phone number associated with my account?
