Broken complaint form?

Hi, I've had a nightmare experience contract renewal and I want to submit a formal complaint. I've been trying to use the online form but, after filling it in and pressing submit I get a message with four asterisks as the complaint number. Trying to track the complaint then shows nothing and I've had no acknowledgement. I'm using the latest version of Chrome. Has anyone had any luck with this page or is there a better way?
