Box query

Hi, I've just joined Virgin as Newton Aycliffe is only being added now.
Can't find an answer to which boxes will be installed next month and more importantly how many programmes can be in 'my watch list' and finally,  can you fast forward through watch list programmes to cut out ads etc.
Hopefully someone can answer all 3 questions.

    Hello Rob11995577,

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Your Watchlist shows would be on demand content, so you should be able to fast forward that content on the Stream box that you would be part of your account with us.

    You are in a full fibre area, so you will have a Hub5x for internet & Flex/Stream boxes for TV. These are IP streamers only with no recording facilities. I don't know if there is any quoted maximum as far as the watch list is concerned. With no hard disk, there is no pausing/ff/rewind etc on the "live" channels. The rest of the OD content depends on the broadcaster providing it.

        The watchlist content is just a bookmark that leads either to a live channel or to OD content. So these will rely on the broadcasters. You should be able to ff On Demand & catch-up material. On some this includes ads (depending on your subscription level), on some it does not. I would have to leave it to the people on here with these boxes to go into more detail.
