Blank customer account number

Hello,

I’ve recently ordered a broadband via Virgin Media, but the order confirmation email just has the customer account number and area reference as blank. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

    We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your account number. When you receive an order confirmation, this won't include an account number or area reference for new customers. The order will be processed and once done, you'll receive a welcome email which will include these details. 

    It usually takes a few days from ordering, to having the account set up so it should be with you shortly. If you don't hear anything within a few days, pop back and let us know so we can help further.
