Billing up to 18 Months
Is it possible to get my bills older than 12 months? i would need up to 18 months of standard copy bills. i called and had multiple different people tell me different things and i am still needing my older bills.

When were the copy bills first ordered please?
It can take around 2 weeks for copy bills to be received. It may take longer if a high volume of bills have been requested.
Could you please let us know here if these haven't arrived by Friday?
