Billing query
Dear All,
I have received an email regarding my bill for April 2025 and been trying to contact the billing department and to no avail, I couldn’t get through but met with silence on the phone for 30 minutes and my email to the mailing team who submit bills to customers each month but came back with postmaster delivery error message.
Further to contacting a team member on 25/02/2025 to upgrade the my broadband to m250 package from m125 package, I was strictly told that I will pay £47.86 for this month - March 2025, £16.24 for April 2025 and £32.00 for May 2025 onwards.
However, I have now seen a follow up correspondence dated conveniently for 25/02/2025 after agreeing to the upgrade on 25/02/2025. A staff member by the name of Martin or Mark said that 16 pounds will be credited to me and my bill would be £16.24 for April 2025 and back to £32.00 pounds for May onwards.
I mean I’m trying to amend the this error (on my end) for my April 2025 bill since a virgin media staff member told me about this and we both agreed that I will be paying £16.24 for April 2025, and then £32.00 pounds for May 2025 onwards.
Tried to find the complaints form, that’s been taken away and unavailable. Typical really from a big corporation.
Welcome to any advice on how to approach this as I’m losing patience and will escalate this if have to.
