Billing Query

Hi,

Not had much luck getting through via 150, so hoping someone here can help.

I've just received my bill for this month, and the call breakdown show two items:

Mon 10 Feb 08:01 PORTSMOUTH 02392    29:00 £6.00
Mon 10 Feb 08:06 PORTSMOUTH 02392    37:00 £7.60

both numbers are the same, so I'm being billed twice for the same call, at the least the first call can only have lasted 5 minutes and not 29 minutes.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks

    Phantom call charges and billing errors do sometimes crop up on here.

    Do you recognise a/any call to Portsmouth on that day and around that time?

    A VM person should reply here to assist but it can take up to a few days for them to reply.
