Billing issue with cancelled add-ons

Hello,

I spoke to Live Chat at the start of May and requested to remove the ‘Sky Sports Collection’ and ‘Kids Pick’ add-ons from our package, which they said they did, however we have been billed twice since and the amount has not changed and both still appear on the contract. 

Could somebody look into this for us, please?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue removing parts of your package. Depending on the bundle you're on, these may be included so to remove them, you'd need to change packages. This is something we can certainly check for you, to see what your options are but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
