I have the same problem but I have been slapped with a £300 charge and a new contract I have not agreed or signed.

You tend to try all avenues when you are desperate to get something sorted. It would seem that I have been charged for a phone disconnection BUT I was out of contract. told the sales guy that he could not do what he said he could do and then a £300 charge appears on my bill which incidentally £19 more than he said it was going to be and its only for 18moths despite me asking him specifically if the price would rise at the end of 18 months. He lied and stated it would only rise by inflation plus 3.9% I think it was.
The paper work says its to double after 18 months.
I believe its all being dragged out so the recordings of the sale call are deleted before the truth can be listed to.Sure it cant be hard to speak to a manager like I have asked for and speak to diconnections to ask what they are playing at.

I am just about to give notice as my contract was altered despite the sales guy lying. I now have a £300 charge added to my bill. I have been with Virgin over 25 years in one of its various guises.

Not that I can see so far. The charge is allegedly a disconnection fee.

I am finding the inbox is full which is worrying in itself. But I j7st can't get to speak to anyone with half a brain. 😞

You are not the only one e. I have a massive 300 quid allegedly a disconnection free.
And I am getting inbox full and can't get a chat online or a voice call with anyone useful. 😞

Yes I am having the same problem. Lies from sales people. Can't get contact with anyone sensible on the phone.
