billing insane charges

Hi is it often Virgin sales lie twice and then stick a £300 charge on an account

I am just about to give notice as my contract was altered despite the sales guy lying. I now have a £300 charge added to my bill. I have been with Virgin over 25 years in one of its various guises.

      Not that I can see so far.  The charge is allegedly a disconnection fee.
