Billing info going to wrong email

Please help after my husband died I successfully changed the account into my name & email address. On contract & my details.
However, I get emails to my husband’s email account addressed to me telling me my bill is ready. 
Any chance of getting the emails from billing going to my email address?

    In order to look into arranging this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
