Billing help needed.
Hi just changed package from gig1 (£45pm) down to the m500 package as i was getting nowhere near the gig1 speed. When I was on the phone the agent said that the new m500 package would be £35pm, however I have just got an email saying it will be £72pm! Tried ringing virgin but the crappie automated response just keeps sending me text messages then says goodbye and hangs up so I can't get through to a real person. Every time I need to speak to virgin I know what is coming and I really dread it. I'm sick of virgin customer service not giving a crap once you're signed up, they are so full of crap and couldn't care less. never had these problems with other broadband providers!
