Billed for equipment and services not received
The official complaint form does not allow me to enter my name and account number from any device, FYI. I submitted what I could through that but am concerned.
I received the bill from November 27 for 79.50 . I have called your customer service several times and reported that the equipment has never been delivered.
Your company then followed up with service activation notification, which was physically impossible as I had never received the equipment and, hence, obviously no service.
Now I am also receiving the threats from your company that you are sending this bill to the debt recovery agency. This is absolutely unacceptable and resembles deceptive practices.
Please remove these charges and reconcile the account.
