Billed even after returning kit
Hi, I have received multiple notifications from Virgin Media that it was time to return my package. I have returned it on 16th December. Yodel tracking still shows its being processed at National Hub. But I have been billed 40 pounds despite Virgin Media being very late to send the packaging. I want to make sure I don't lose money because of Virgin Media's fault. Why have you billed if you already know your are late (I received mails from Virgin media saying you are late in sending the return packages to customers)
