Bill wrong again!!
Well after months of the correct bill amount (Should be £67.01 as per the deal sent to me by Virgin for staying with them at 'no extra cost' after the mobiles moved to O2), it has suddenly jumped by £29 as the discount applied to correct the bill (thanks for various brilliant support staff her who fought billing and marketing until it was sorted!) has vanished again!

Can one of those great staff once again please help get the discount reapplied - there is absolutely no point in calling the 'help line' or trying WhatsApp as that was a completely dead-end last time, and they denied ever sending the offers out in the first place (something the team here went to great pains to confirm that they did last year when it was sorted previously.
It is almost like the billing department just randomly remove credits, or just simply stuff up the bills, hoping the customer wont notice and just blindly over pay month after month!
