Bill price confusion

I am a little stunned to see the price of the bill I'm paying compared to what their price on the website is says, with the deal I've got I should be paying £29.99 a month yet i am seeing my bill come through it appears to be £44 this seems a huge increase and I'm struggling to understand why I've got drastically different prices i have no additional charges i should be just paying for broadband and its not just the first month being a bit more its also the next month, feels like I'm being scammed and taken advantage of was wondering if i could get some answers as this is not what i signed up for
