We're sorry to hear you're having an issue paying part of your bill. We no longer offer the option of paying part of the bill via My Virgin Media I'm afraid. This has been done as an update across the site to ensure customer's are able to pay their bill before the new one is generated and to reduce late payments.
The best way to pay is via Direct Debit, and you can choose a date that suits you best. You can set this up through My Virgin Media here.
We always take on board the feedback we receive in the Community so we can collect the information and use it to learn more about the areas we need to improve. We will certainly pass this information along to the relevant teams. If you have any further issues, pop back and let us know so we can help further.
