Bill is wrong
Agreed on another 18 months for £36 a month on the 22nd ,still not received my contract ,and after being assured this below , £50 went out of my account this morning .

It's ridiculous , just had this message
clicked it and I could get 1 gig for £39 and no setup fee , got a pre contract within minutes , but I went and made a cuppa and thought do I really need 1gig , came back clicked the link and now it's this with the £35 setup fee , I've got the pre contract details if that's any good to you.
