Bill credit being refused!

Anyone having issues where they have gone through MoneySavingExpert and found an offer for bill credit and then had it missing from the bills?

Just tried to chat to Virgin and they basically said prove it on the paperwork which doesn't state anything about credit or lack of credit. I went through the same shopping process via MoneySavingExpert and it takes you to the Virgin site where the bill credit shows in the basket so it obviously is a thing! (and the monthly cost is £2 lower than I'm paying which just adds to the annoyance!)

I feel like this is complete misselling to show offers in a basket and then try to claim it isn't a thing because they haven't then put it in other documents. I'm now having to go through a whole complaints process just to get what I know I signed up to. Feels like I'm being completely gaslighted and missold by Virgin. Screenshot for actual proof I am not imagining the whole thing!

The ability to actually contact someone is beyond ridiculous. At this point I'm just going to take it to OFCOM to sort them out. Reading around it sounds like a lot of people are having this issue too.

Yes, there's a long history of people complaining of not getting promised discounts, signup cashbacks or presents - TVs, game devices, food vouchers.

OFCOM don't deal with non technical matters.  If you believe VM have broken a contract like this, you need to take it to Citizens Advice as others have done.
