Being hounded for equipment i already returned

I upgraded and sent me hub 3 back to Virgin. I dropped it off at the local Yodel drop off two weeks ago.

I keep getting messages that I need to return the equipment!

    Sorry to hear you're still getting communications regarding returning equipment.  

    Did you keep the receipt when you processed the return at the shop? If so, when checking the Yodel tracking for the return, does it advise that the delivery is still in transit or returned to us?

    It should also advise, if returned, on what day this way returned to us.
