Being charged for free network trial
I am coming to the end of a new area free network trial and have emails saying that on the 15th March I will be automatically disconnected and I haven't signed up for any new packages, yet have still been billed for £24.40.
When i have attempted to speak to any one from virgin, the only response i get is that they bill a month in advance even when I highlight that they are charging for a service that won't be in place (due to the automatic disconnection).
Has anyone experienced similar or have any advice?
