Being charged for free network trial

I am coming to the end of a new area free network trial and have emails saying that on the 15th March I will be automatically disconnected and I haven't signed up for any new packages, yet have still been billed for £24.40.

When i have attempted to speak to any one from virgin, the only response i get is that they bill a month in advance even when I highlight that they are charging for a service that won't be in place (due to the automatic disconnection).

Has anyone experienced similar or have any advice?

    Sorry that you are having this issue with your contract, we have a set ringfence team to go about sorting these issues, with this you can reach the team on 0345 454 1111.

      Hi Joe what options would i need to choose as I can't hear any that fit?
