Being charged for 360 box

Hi I have just discovered that I am being charged £5 a month for 360 box and extra devices and I only have on box in my house, so I'm a tad confused why I'm being charged and this could have been happening for a few years. Can someone get back to me about this issue ASAP please?

    This £5 charge for the 360 Box is correct. We've just used a different way of showing the charges.
