Being charged £90 for returned equipment
Hello
On the 3/1/2025 I returned my broken V6 Box but it seems Yodel have lost it at their main warehouse.
Three times I have spoken to Virgin customer support, provided tracking info and each time I was told not to worry and the charge will be taken off my bill within 48 hours. It still hasn't been removed and next month I will have a bill of £175.
Can the support team here please look into this for me?
