Automated phone system 0345 4541111

Does anyone know how to actually reach a real agent when you dial the UK contact number ?

Is there a sequence of responses where you actually get to talk to someone ?

None of the automated options I listened through seem to allow it.

I have tried the whatsapp route and its worse than useless

      I have an open complaint about over billing. The email from the resolutions team indicates I should call the 0345 number if I want to talk to someone but there is no option on the automated system to speak to an agent.

        Can you explain what has happened with the billing? If we can then we will do all we can to help.

  • For those following I finally got through to customer realtions and I am expecting a credit for the overcharging in my next bills.

    The brick wall that Virgin put up on this and refusing to accept their responsibility for the **bleep**-up is very disappointing.
