attempting to link multiple emails/VMO2 IDs to account
I've got a similar issue with a virgin.net email address. I've managed to create a Virgin O2 ID and linked my current Virgin TV/Broadband account to it, but I haven't been able to link my historic virgin.net email address to it as it's asking for account information.
Any ideas how to resolve it? I tried the Contact Us Chat but I couldn't get through to a person, only circling with the Bot.
