Don't have my area reference code to link my Virgin media account.

Signed up in November still not go a first bill either. Or any welcome email.
The VM a/c and area code on the monthly bill pdf + in the monthly bill emails.
That you are not seeing the bills & other comms, suggests VM many have the wrong spelling of your email address.
