Area Code?

Hi there, i am trying to log into my Virgin Media/O2 account to upgrade but its asking me for an Area Ref Number.

I took out the plan 3 years ago so i don't have the documents anymore. 

My Postcode is B65, could anyone help with the Area Ref Number Please?

    If you pay by direct debit then you will receive an email every month advising of the payment due.  This includes your area number, as indicated by the two blue XX's in the screenshot below.

    If you haven't found it still, then please can you provide your full postcode? No need to provide your house number and we'll be able to tell you this publicly.
