You should be able to speak to Billing by dialing 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
You can also get in touch with VM using one of the following contact methods:-
WhatsApp: 0780 3089 684
Or Social Media by either messaging
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/virginmedia/ or Instagram DM (@virginmedia)Or wait a few days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post, however it would be better if you provide more details about your billing query now, as suggested by Cardiffman282 rather than wait for the forum team to ask that question when they get to your post, thus delaying any help.

I tried 150 and all I got was an automated voice telling me to do this and that and I got no where. There was no press 1, 2, 3 etc. for which option I wanted. I'm sure there was.

Thanks, but it would take me a while to document my issues. It just seems to be ongoing and I need to bottom this out by speaking to someone who will understand what is happening.

"by speaking to someone who will understand what is happening." All you will get on the phone is a call handler who will follow a script, they are not technical in any way. You will get a much better response by explaining your problem on the forum, there are many technical users who have a much better technical background than the VM staff.
