Hi everyone I'm having trouble logging in to virgin media app and on mobile app and laptop I've tried requesting reset password and get error and don't receive any email regarding password it just says apps something went wrong try again if anyone could help that would be great I was able to login up until last night had factory reset mobile phone and haven't been able to login since

    Sincerest apologies for the issues with your My VM access. We have a known, sitewide issue at the moment affecting customers access.
