Anyone been able to get a response to a complaint via any communication method?

I cannot get through to anyone to send a complaint to
I am having a terrible service and have spent hours on with people on LiveChat who only care about their commission and selling packages. Multiple times they end with transferring me through to complaints and then the Live Chat ends as they dont put me through to anyone.
I recently tried the complain via the route online with the form. There was no confirmation even thought i submitted it twice. I waiting over 28 days with no reply. And tried the link to track my complain to see it doesnt exist.
It shouldnt be this hard. Is my only option to end my contract next month when it runs out and complain to some external party?
Companies shouldnt be able to be happy enough to charge so much for services and then fail as soon as there is a problem.
