Another NetFlix concern...

Hi Virgin,

I'm another customer  with free NetFlix concerns.

I took out a new contract this morning and was told I would be getting free NetFlix as part of the package when I asked - the lady even said, "yes, I'll tick the box and you get an email shortly."

However, after reading a seemingly endless slew of people not getting their free NetFlix I have no faith in getting it either.

Is anyone on here from Virgin willing to personally take this on for me as I want to get it resolved within the next 14 days before my Right to Cancel expires.

      Unfortunately we're not allowed to confirm any details to customers, but if you can try and guess which one you think it is?

      If incorrect, we have another question we can ask so no problem there.
