Another NetFlix concern...
Hi Virgin,
I'm another customer with free NetFlix concerns.
I took out a new contract this morning and was told I would be getting free NetFlix as part of the package when I asked - the lady even said, "yes, I'll tick the box and you get an email shortly."
However, after reading a seemingly endless slew of people not getting their free NetFlix I have no faith in getting it either.
Is anyone on here from Virgin willing to personally take this on for me as I want to get it resolved within the next 14 days before my Right to Cancel expires.
