Another Final Bill Confusion

Hi, 

 

I have cancelled my contract, all services are to end in 11.01.2026.

 

I cancelled on 11.12.2025

 

I normally pay £55

 

My latest bill is £100. 

I will revive a final bill of £170 with a later rebate of £70

 

That's an extra charge of £45. Why am I being charged £100 instead of my normal £55 for my final in contract month? 

I'm not disputing the £70, I understand that's a bill for the month ahead that I will not use, which is refunded.

It's purely the jump from £55 to £100 that doesn't feel right.

    The bill should show you a breakdown of how the charges are applied to get the overall total (although often the descriptions are incomprehensible).

    VM continues to charge you right up until you are disconnected. You won't get your final bill until you are disconnected. It normally is produced a few days after disconnection.

    A VM person you reply here within a few days and may offer to look into it for you.
