All Services Suspended
Having spent hours on the Virgin WhatsApp chat trying to resolve a issue, they have advised that all my services suspended (TV, Broadband & Landline phone) due to non payment of last bill despite the fact that the last bill was a credit of -£6.94 so no payment due.(the -£6.94 is marked on my account as overdue despite being shown as a credit) Even if I go into their payment page to restore services it asks that I pay £00.00 to clear balance which it obviously wont allow you to do. Thinking this is a straight forward oversight it would seem both the Virgin system & operatives are unable to grasp this & having spent 3 hours trying to resolve said issue I am still without any services. If anyone had any suggestions how to resolves quickly wound be appreciated.
