Advanced Quickpay Payment Help?
Hi,
I made an advanced payment via QuickPay as I thought this would clear my current direct debit for this month (just to get ahead of things) but it seems to have not?
Then I get an email that states the following:
“Please note, card payments do not reduce your Direct Debit amount. Your scheduled payment will be attempted as previously advised.”
So what’s the point? Did I just make myself pay twice for nothing or will this be knocked off my next bill? Confused…
