Adult channels i think i have accidently subbed but i dont want it

Please may I have some assistance please as I was looking at my new upgrade any I think I have purchased a channel, can this be checked as I don't want it?

    Sorry for any confusion regarding your upgrade. You should get a contract summary of changes, is the channel you don't want listed on there?

      So I checked my bill, and i have indeed been charged for a holding screen for an adult channel

        Hi Matty121 thanks for your reply here.

        So in order to purchase any subscription but certainly an adult channel, you will be prompted by our PIN pop-up so you would have needed to enter your PIN before going ahead and purchasing.
