Adding a flex-tv add-on keeps trying to renew my broadband contract

When I try to add a 30 day rolling flex-tv add-on (eg. TNT sports) it keeps thinking I am not in contract with my broadband and tries to start a new contract and removes my existing broadband discount.  I am still in contract with broadband until 15th Feb 2026.   

My contract document has a red X in the contract end date which seems to indicate I am out of contract, but in discussion VM chat, they confirm I am in contract until 15th Feb 2026, which I agree with.

Is there anyway to add a flex tv package without having to re-contract my broadband and lose my current broadband discount?

    I'm sorry there seems to be an issue when you try and add on the 30 day rolling Flex TV package to your account. 

    I've popped you over a private message so I can take a look.
