Activating Netflix
Hi all,
I recently moved over to Virgin for the first time after only ever being with Sky previously, and my package included Netflix. I originally had Netflix with my sky package.
Since moving almost a month ago I still can’t access the Netflix as I never received any activation link. Spoke to someone over the phone who said I should be able to see an option to click on the Netflix section of my virgin media account in the entertainment services, but there isn’t anything for me to click to activate from there either . The person on the phone said they would flag this with IT and I would get an email or contact from them in the next 4-5 business days. We’re now over a week since that call and still no options for me to activate the Netflix.
would greatly appreciate any help with this as paying for a service that I can’t actually access, not a great start to life under Virgin!
