ACCOUNT SIGN IN UK

I have been trying to enter my account to reset the password but this message keeps coming up, Oops... Something went wrong. Please try again later.

Tried last night this morning and again this afternoon still the same so I assume the UK has site issues and cannot contact anyone due to not being able to sign into my account as forgot my password!! 

India doesnt have a clue!!

    Have you tried a different browser, or an incognito/private window/tab?

      No further forward at all. Even though this is a serious matter that I believe is affecting quite a few people they dont seem to be in a rush to  sort this out. I have stated for every day this issue has not been resolved I will be deducting £1 for every 24 hours passing like it or lump it as to me if I cannot change my password and this part of the site is at fault then my personal details can be subjected to any form of theft which is unacceptable.

  • Hey all I have an identical issue I get a 500 status code when I try to do anything related to my email or password, I can however strangely login with bio-metrics on my phone, I'd like to be able to reset my password in case my phone is unavailable for some reason.

    I've removed my password for privacy, but as you can see, there's a 500 status code when I request a password reset, I also can't lookup my email via my bill and account number.

    In my experience a 500 error is usually a not handled error which might need a developer to investigate.

    Looks like this is the error going through the network logs!

  • Dont worry pal I've had the same issue when I try to call them every single time that not right try again so can't even call them

    This has now been happening for 3 days by the time the so called technical IT team get round to  sorting this out they will owe me money as I stated I will minus my bill by £1 per day as customers details could be stolen and this being a virgin site fault how do we really know that someone inside virgin has caused this to happen and stealing customers identities? WE DONT and I will be ignoring all emails I receive from virgin regarding billing and will be refusing to pay until this is fixed and when I spoke to someone they said it was marked urgent! Doesnt take 3 days if these tech people are professional!

  • Interestingly, I was able to reset my Virgin account password on my mobile device using the Virgin 360 app, hope that helps someone! No idea why the PC internet browser wasn't working.
