Account setup - verification email not working and cannot reset password
I've just (re)joined virgin media.
I have this existing community account using <my email address>.
I've spent the last couple of days since installing my broadband (360 box to follow this weekend now I've acquired a longer coax cable) fighting with the wretched account setup system.
- I've used the same email address as my community account
- every account verification email apparently arrives too late to allow me to use the link in the email as it's apparently already timed out
- I attempted to reset my password, I apparently can't do that until I've verified my account (see 2)
- I can't use a different email address as I've already linked my account to an email
