hello! im trying to link my virgin media account to my virgin media o2 account but ive had no existing bills or welcome email from virgin media. i have no idea if i even have an account with virgin media but im desperately trying to get broadband haha
im writing this because whenever i try to log in or sign up to virgin media it just takes me the the virgin media o2 site and its just loops and loops of nothing. please help

nothing from virgin media itself has been sent to me, so i have no details to add, i think my problem is actually making an account with virgin media but it keeps sending me back to o2 for the id, which i have but i can’t link a virgin media account
