Account password reset pain in my arse

So I received my bill today and normally I just let it go ignored thought today I would check my contract see how longs left been a while so forgot my passwords went to reset but OMG how much of a ballache is your system keep getting invalid and I checked the community board and even tried using the between 8-10 characters and a number and no special and even with special even used a password suggester to offer me help after 50 mins trying to get into my own account I come here and getting close to the point where I saw **bleep** it and kill contract completely and go elsewhere I don't use my phone line or TV service from you guys as is even the stupid o2 sim card I got conned into just want get into my account check my service date so I can cancel and get out of dodge.
