Account Number

Finding it impossible to get my account number have all other relevant info but can't seem to get this. Have not received a bill or welcome email and phoned several times for help and told it will be mailed to me but still not received it with the mail sent just bumf relating to look on your welcome email which I have informed them I haven't received. Started account on 04/12/25 please tell me I don't have to wait till march when I should receive my first bill . Please can someone help .
