Account number

I can’t seem to find my virgin account number anywhere that the o2 would accept to link accounts, currently paying 2 bills which I don’t think I should be.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for the online account registering issue and the confusion over the bills. If your account is a Volt account, this means one payment to O2 (potentially 2 if you have a handset loan) and one to Virgin Media for your cable services. I'll send you a PM now to assist further.
